Sapphic-specific
You won’t spend the hour explaining your world, your relationships or your history. We start where your life actually is.

Coaching for women who are done living on other people’s scripts. Come home to yourself: build authentic self-respect, deepen connection, and become who you were always meant to be.

Your story deserves to be lived on your terms.
I created The Sapphic Gaze for those ready to move beyond who they’re expected to be — and toward who they truly are. My mission is to help you find your voice, honor your needs, and build a life rooted in self-respect.
Through personal coaching and writing, I hold space for the emotional, powerful work of becoming. Together, we explore identity, dating, community, and connection — with honesty, compassion, and the courage to change.
You won’t spend the hour explaining your world, your relationships or your history. We start where your life actually is.
Every session is grounded in the five-part, thirteen-lesson Queer Standards framework — so progress isn’t left to chance.
No worksheets read at you. Reflection rooted in your story, at your pace, with room for honesty.
Women are told to “put themselves out there” and handed no idea how. That isn’t a character flaw. It’s missing information — and missing information is exactly what coaching is for.
How to dress like the woman you want to be met — for a first date, a queer bar, a wedding, a Tuesday walk — without shrinking and without performing.
Which rooms actually hold women like you: the groups, the events, the apps, the cities, the friendships that never start at work.
How to reach first without losing yourself, how to read real interest, and when to walk away with your dignity intact.
Coaching fills that gap. Not advice about everything — the exact next move in your actual life.
Not slogans — three things you can actually build, hour by hour. This is the transformation I promise to work toward with you, and I won’t pretend it happens in one conversation.

Where you actually belong. We find the rooms, groups and friendships that hold women like you — and the way in that doesn’t ask you to perform.

Love with standards. How to meet women, read real interest, reach first, and date without abandoning yourself in the process.

A life that feels like yours. Boundaries, self-respect, and a sense of home inside your own life that no one else gets to take away.
From “I’ll figure it out eventually.”
To “I know where I belong.”
A free 4-page guide to finding lesbian community, dating with standards, and building self-security — with journal prompts you can use tonight. It’s the map. Coaching is the guide who walks it with you.

You don’t need a crisis to deserve support. You need one true sentence that sounds like you.
You’ve been the strong one for so long that your own needs feel like a luxury.
You shrink to keep the peace — in love, at work, in your family.
You keep choosing the same kind of woman and the same quiet disappointment.
You have friends, but no one who sees the part you don’t say out loud.
You know exactly what you want. You keep not choosing it.
You’re tired of rehearsing your life instead of living it.
Find a meaningful place to grow — then turn your answers into a compassionate, personal coaching reflection.

My coaching is grounded in the Queer Standards Blueprint, my five-part, 13-lesson course: Become Yourself, Become Visible, Become Connected, Become Intimate, and Become Whole.
We explore inherited expectations, power and boundaries, self-expression, sapphic community, dating standards, intimacy, and a life guided by your own values.
The course brings that journey together with journal reflection and a workshop. In coaching, we focus on the parts of that journey that matter most to you.

Nothing to prepare. Come as you are, mid-sentence if that’s where you are. The hour is yours, not a lesson plan.
One clear action, and a journal prompt to keep the work going after we finish. That’s what makes it move.
A dedicated hour to explore your next step in identity, visibility, community, intimacy, or feeling at home in yourself.
Space to go deeper
Four classes grounded in my course framework, with space to revisit your reflections and explore the stages at your own pace.
No. Coaching is educational and forward-facing — your standards, your goals, your next step. If something needs clinical care, I’ll tell you honestly and help you point at it.
No. Coaching stands on its own. The course and its reflection workbook give you the framework to keep working between sessions, if you want that.
That is a normal place to start. The first hour is spent finding the one thing actually worth your attention — most people arrive without it.
Please do. Use the form below and I’ll answer honestly — including if coaching isn’t the right fit for you yet.
Both booking buttons open Stripe in a new tab: $99 for one hour, or $349 for four one-hour classes.

A five-part journey back to yourself: Become Yourself, Become Visible, Become Connected, Become Intimate, Become Whole.
Not sure where to start?
The course is the whole journey, taken alone, at your pace. Coaching is the same framework pointed at your life, with someone in the room who has walked it. Many women do one hour first, then bring the framework home.
Lesbians, including trans lesbians, women who love women, and LGBTQ+ people are welcome here. This is an educational, reflective course — not therapy or individualized medical advice.
